The garage sits in a prominent position in a busy suburb of Essex. The owners wanted to explore the possibility of alternative uses on the site to add value and increase the value of their asset.
Action and Outcome
- Property Management including rent collection 6 months site inspections and tenant liaison.
- We appointed a firm of architects to carry out a feasibility study and looked at options including a residential scheme and a hotel on the site.
- We are looking at making a planning application in the coming year.
